Pasta Bolognese

 

Ingredients:

- 1 pound ground beef

- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes

- 1 cup beef broth

- 1 teaspoon dried basil

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- Salt and pepper, to taste

- 1 pound spaghetti pasta

- Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet or saucepan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is tender, about 5 minutes.

3. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, beef broth, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.

5. Serve the Bolognese sauce over the cooked spaghetti pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
